For PPC, construction begins only after all plans are completely finalized. That way, we can guarantee the budget and minimize changes to the plan during the process. We take the risk out of building the home of your dreams!

Now, it's time to sit back and relax while we go to work. We understand that our clients are busy people and we won't waste your time, but we will keep you updated with a schedule and budget updates. We believe in transparency. When problems come up, we'll let you know about them. And we will deal with them according to your wants and needs.

Once construction is completed and we are satisfied that it meets our exacting standards, we schedule a final walk-through with you. If you notice any issues during the walk-through, we take care of them right away. We proudly back our homes up with a full one year labor and material warranty.

Building your home for the amount you expect to pay is an important value of our company, therefore, PPC offers 3 types of estimates to fit each clients own situation and project.

#1:  A fixed price estimate. With this estimate you will have allowances for finish item selections only, as you will completely customize your home. But we take the cost risk for items outside of your control, like labor costs.

#2: A cost plus estimate.  This is a great system but it doesn’t always work for everyone. With this system, you as the owner will have a totally transparent view of all the costs in your project. You will see all the material expenses, all the sub-contract costs and you will be able to make changes at any time through-out the project. This let’s you upgrade or downgrade areas of your project without the hassle of change orders. A detailed cost-to-date update will be provided anytime you want one.

Put simply, the total expenses at the end of your project “plus,” a pre-agreed on percentage, equals your final cost.

#3:  A labor and material estimate. This option is exactly what it says. You will pay the labor cost and all materials.
